A rebuilt Airbnb calculator that explains itself. Ask a question about any number on the page and the AI answers with your property’s actual inputs in context, every assumption shows its cash-flow impact as you change it, and each projection carries a confidence score so you know how much the comps actually support it. Rolling out to 25% of visitors while we watch how it performs against the current calculator.

Market data refreshed through July 2026
Every market, submarket, and zipcode page now reflects performance data through July 2026, with the fastest-moving markets carrying early-August bookings. That means updated revenue, occupancy rate, and ADR baselines — and the calculator inherits the same refreshed comps.
